Keith was born in Milford, Connecticut, and served in the United States Coast Guard before beginning his journey to become a physical therapist. He became a certified personal trainer while serving in the Coast Guard and has continued his education since then. Keith earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training before completing his master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Central Florida. He is working towards his PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences with a concentration in Athletic Training through the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. He has taken strides to maintain his health despite six surgeries on his knee and continues to be active each day. With nearly 30 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation field, Keith specializes in complex knee and shoulder rehabilitation along with dry needling.
